Funding for Physicals allows a portion of teh co-pay for your child's physical to be donated back to your child's athletic team or school.

The athletic physical consists of Injury consultation, past medical history, medical examination, orthopedic examination and an Overhead Squat Test Analysis.

This very thorough examination will ensure that your child is not only fit enough to participate in sports but also as healthy as he/she can be.

$10 of the $25 fee will be donated to your child's school in their name to help athletic funding.

Individual parents can call te office to schedule an appointment for their child.

Coaches and trainer can call to set-up an on-site group examination where all the participants can receive a physical at one time. Good times include mandatory meetings, try-outs, and gear handouts. Same donation applies, $10 per physical. (For group Physicals a minimum of 10 physicals are required.)
