Maintain
First motion must be initiated,
at one specific place or throughout
the entire body. Then we work
to increase the motion until
we reach maximal range. Lastly,
we work to maintain the Motion
that was obtained. There is
better potential to heal if
the systems are working properly.

Fitness: Prevention,

Excercise not only promotes
great musculoskeletal health,
but also cardiovascular health,
balance, equilibrium and even
helps to prevent the body from
developing injuries. There
